If the hand deflects, it indicates that the collar is not perpendicular to the shaft axis. When the hole depth of the shell is, it can also be measured with the extended micron. When the bearing is installed correctly, its race can be fully and automatically integrated into the rolling of the rolling element to ensure that the rolling element is located on the left and right ring raceways. If it is reversed, not only the abnormal operation of the bearing, but also each side will be more seriously damaged. Since the difference between shaft ring and stay ring is not obvious, special care shall be taken during installation to avoid errors. In addition, a clearance of 0.2 ~ 0.5mm shall be set between the center of the bearing race and the bearing seat hole to compensate for the deviation caused by part processing and safety error.
