To judge whether the bearing of the vehicle is damaged, there are two ways:


●Place the vehicle on the lift, rotate the wheels forcefully to see if the wheels are stuck, and evaluate whether the drag torque of the wheels is normal. If the steel ball is poorly lubricated or out of round, it will lead to increased sticking or drag torque.


● During the normal driving of the vehicle, pay attention to whether there is any abnormal noise in the direction of the wheels. If the steel ball is not well lubricated, the first problem that occurs is abnormal noise. If there is no abnormal noise, there is generally no problem.


In addition, since most of the current wheel speed sensor signal sources (magnetic poles or rings) are integrated on the bearing, if there is a problem with the wheel speed signal, the instrument panel will report a fault code, and there will be an ABS fault light as shown in the figure below. Bright.


Therefore, if the ABS fault light is always on, it may also be that the magnetic pole of the bearing is damaged.
